Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on item size, weight, and delivery address.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

    • Be located within our designated local delivery zone (please contact us if you're unsure whether your address qualifies).

    • Provide a valid phone number at checkout so we can contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging and proof of purchase.

When a return is made following the requirements and procedures set out in our Returns Policy, you are entitled to a full refund of the price you paid:

  • Taking into account any discounts that were applied at time of purchase.
  • Exclusive of any shipping costs paid.

Cancellations
